What we collect

Svapas is a small, independently-run art & craft studio. We only collect information you choose to give us, through the forms on the Classes, Contact and About (Svapas Circle) pages. This typically includes your name, phone number, email address, and any details you share about a custom order, class enquiry or exhibition/collaboration request. If you join the Svapas Circle interest list, it also includes your country and city, how you would like to be involved, the facilities you are interested in, and anything you share about your own art or craft.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment details through this website.

How we use it

Information you share is used only to respond to your enquiry: to discuss a custom piece, confirm a class, or answer a question. If you join the Svapas Circle interest list, we'll also use it to keep in touch with you about Svapas and to understand what people would like from it. Joining the list is not a booking or membership. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

When you submit a form on this site, your message is delivered to svapas.art@gmail.com through our email delivery provider (Brevo), which processes it only to deliver it to us.

Cookies & third-party embeds

This site does not use advertising cookies. It uses a few third-party services as part of normal functionality:

• Google Analytics: helps us understand how many people visit, which pages they read, how they found us (for example from Instagram or a Google search) and roughly where they are, so we can improve the site. It sets first-party cookies (named _ga) and reports visits in aggregate; it does not tell us who you are, and we don't send it the details you type into our forms. You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
• Google Fonts: used to display the site's typefaces.
• Google Maps: embedded on the Contact page to show our studio location.

These services may process standard technical information (like your IP address) according to their own privacy policies, as is normal for any embedded map or web font.

Data retention

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond to you and fulfil any order or class booking, or as long as reasonably needed for our own business records.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, at any time, just email svapas.art@gmail.com.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update this page with a new "last updated" date above.
